Information you choose to share
When you send an inquiry, RARE Exotics collects the name, email address, optional phone number, message, occasion and preferred dates you enter. A launch signup collects your email address and consent to launch updates. Choosing dates in the trip planner alone does not submit an inquiry.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to respond to your questions and plan possible services. Launch updates are optional and separate from an inquiry. We record your consent choice and submission time. You can ask to stop updates at any time by contacting Rare Exotics.
Storage and service providers
Submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database. Our hosting providers process these records to operate the site. When email notifications are enabled, Resend processes inquiry details to deliver notifications to our team. We do not publish submissions or sell them. Access is limited to authorized business administrators and service providers supporting the site.
Security and retention
We validate submissions and use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abuse. Please do not submit payment information, identification documents or insurance records. We retain information while needed to respond and administer your requested updates; contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal obligations.
Other services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Hosting and font providers may process normal connection information, such as IP addresses and browser details. Email and phone links open your chosen applications and are subject to those providers’ practices.
